I’ve have’nt felt this great in a long time

I started the program for gut health cleansing. My intention was not to lose weight or even gain lean muscle tissue or have my overall appearance change. After my 30 days, my gut was doing much better, I lost my cravings, never had much but I did not desire to eat after I was done with a meal. I noticed my knee I sprained as a young adult stopped being inflamed, my skin looked more vibrant, I was pushing more and more weight in the gym and even went back to running. Still no knee issue! The changes are small physically but my body fat also went down. I am now on the Core 4, will be on this for as long as I can the results are amazing!
