Follow the plan. If you want to be healthier, loose weight, and reduce inches make the commitment. It is affordable! The plan and fruit/veg shopping is about $16/day.

The program has been great so far. I feel better than I have in years! I have less pain, I have more energy, mobility, flexibility and range of motion. My only wish is that the silicone bag be a little easier to use and to replace the terra pouches with something more environmentally sustainable.
