Absolutely the best of the best!
I like to open the capsules and use a 1/2 of a tablespoon in my power-shake!!
My hair has recovered for getting the virus and lots of hair loss it's back to it self again!!

Excellent product!
I have very weak nails, one in particular kept splitting. It now seems stronger.. I plan on continuing to use this Renew to see if it strengthens my nails even more.
This would be my 3rd month on Renew Hair, skin and nails. I would say it does increase the collagen production, I am seeing changes in my skin/nails but haven't really noticed a significant change for my hair personally yet. However, I'm going to keep taking because I'm seeing results!
I can see my hair growing thinker and less gray.
