Suggested Use/Ingredients

Suggested Use: Mix five and a half tablespoons / 35.5 g (leveled but not packed down) with 10-20 oz. of cold water or your favorite non-dairy, creamy beverage. Take on an empty stomach 1-4 times per day. Best mixed in a shaker cup or bottle. Great prior to, during, and after exercise or activity.

Product packed by weight not volume, settling may occur. Store contents in airtight container after opening.

the taste is doable if ya mix it with some vanilla almond milk and ice 👍

i like really the way it makes me feel 🌟

Half and half mix

I personally find monk fruit to be excessively sweet. And for me it leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. I enjoy the flavor of the Apple-Berry Power Shake, so combining it half and half with the unflavored, unsweetened is perfect. I also use almond milk in my shakes and add 1/4 cup of rolled oats. Blend it all up in my Vitamix with frozen fruit and it's a delicious and satisfying breakfast. One suggestion for Purium - please seal the "zipper" on the resealable bags before shipping. Otherwise, powder gets in there and it makes resealing after opening virtually impossible.

I know it’s good for me

I seriously did not enjoy the apple berry, but I enjoy this shake better because it doesn’t have flavor and I can add my own flavors, does not make me full though as some have stated, so sometimes I add 3 Tbsp of Super Meal (Helps!), you definitely need to add fruit though, 1 C water, 1 C macadamia milk, 1 spoon Greek yogurt, frozen banana, strawberries, peach, mango, walnuts, the walnuts kill the yuck flavor, and I don’t like walnuts but for some reason it covers the flavor better than other nuts. :)

Mix it up!

I love the Apple Berry Power Shake but decided to try this one in case someone didn't want or like the Luo Han Guo Berry Extract. It's nice to have it as an alternative to mix with other flavors too. Blends well with everything!
