Suggested Use/Ingredients
Power Shake
Suggested Use: Mix five and a half tablespoons / 35.5g (leveled but not packed down) with 10-20 oz. of cold water or your favorite non-dairy, creamy beverage. Take on an empty stomach 1-4 times per day. Best mixed in a shaker cup or bottle. Great prior to, during, and after exercise or activity.
Product packed by weight not volume, settling may occur. Store contents in airtight container after opening in a cool, dry place.

Admittedly I was a skeptic, however Purium really works for me and is so effective!
I really wish there was no Oat Flour in this product. It looks awesome, but I can't use it. Many people who are gluten sensitive are also oat sensitive even if it's gluten free oats. The oat protein is similar to the gluten protein.
Wow!!! Love Power shake. The taste is so good that my body craves it. Love how easy it is for me to nourish my body with super greens. Just add water and power shake and my is off to a great start. Thank you!
For years I used to make a kale smoothie every morning and the taste was awful 🥴 but I knew how powerful greens were for cleansing the blood, clear skin & healthy hair so I kept drinking it even though it didn’t taste the best. I always seemed to throw out the kale by the end of the week after it would go bad in my fridge. When my sister introduced me to the Power Shake it was clutch because it taste 1000 times better than my kale smoothie and I didn't have to prep or clean up anymore.
