A few months ago I decided to get serious about the supplements that I was pairing with my fitness routine. These products combined together and used as instructed have transformed my fitness journey. I literally stopped feeling that crippling muscle soreness due to lactic acid build up, I have more energy during my workouts, and the recovery drink (mvp sport) makes it so that I’m not desperately ravenous for food after my workouts. In all honesty, these products are so packed with nutrition that I have only been having one non-PURIUM meal per day because I feel so satisfied. In addition to this fitness pack, I also have a 1/2 power shake 1/2 LOV meal shake for breakfast with biome medic, 5 super aminos upon waking up, and the apothecherry with daily fiber blend before bed. I’m glowing.

I’ve had great success with losing weight and building muscle with Purium. I only wish they hadn’t packed the extra items I ordered in the one box—when I opened there was mvp sport dust all over the place—one of the packages inside had exploded!
