I love Bio Relax, not only am I having the most restful sleeps I am waking up refreshed and ready for the day. Much better and healthier than melatonin gummies that leave you feeling groggy and tired when you wake up. First off, I love that these are vegetarian capsules. It's hard to find them for a decent price. I also love that I can take them every night and they still work, unlike with over the counter medications. They really do make a difference for how fast I am able to fall asleep. Without them I lay in bed for hours, but these after an hour or so really do their job. My mind relaxes and I fall asleep so much easier! Will definitely purchase again.

My go-to is ApotheCherry but BioRelax is convenient to take along with me when I travel. Bio Relax definitely puts me to sleep. But I don’t sleep through the night like I do with ApotheCherry.

I thought my sleep was fantastic with the apothe cherry. I didn't know it could get any better until I tried this! I have problems with grinding my teeth and clinching my jaw. This not only helps me sleep deeply, but I've noticed my facial tension is decreased when I take this. This is something I will always add to my nighttime routine going forward.
