I thought my sleep was fantastic with the apothe cherry. I didn't know it could get any better until I tried this! I have problems with grinding my teeth and clinching my jaw. This not only helps me sleep deeply, but I've noticed my facial tension is decreased when I take this. This is something I will always add to my nighttime routine going forward.

I am working on my sympathetic nervous system and decided to give this product a try. I haven't been on it very long but am noticing a sense of calm and some better/deeper sleep.
