I take it first thing in the morning to get my digestion going! It's really helped me keep my milk supply up as a nursing mother as well! I personally like the green taste and also love adding it to my smoothies. Powerful stuff!

I love the taste of Barley greens!! Whats even better is KNOWING im getting the best grass juice without hard work to grow and mascercate it myself. Being British i know my forefathers for centuries ate barley long before wgeat was ysed and my DNA doesnt react to it the way it does wheat so im getting all the goodness and none of the inflammatory aspects in other grasses.

My husband is pre-diabetic and this keeps his blood glucose levels at an optimum.

It's also one of the most beautiful, raw powders that Purium sells. I love the green color!
