Did it once had amazing results, about to start it again!!!
This is the third time I have done this in 4 years. What a great cleanse! Very easy and very effective. Outside of losing weight (8 lbs), I feel really good and have surprisingly a lot of energy in the am. I’ll admit, mentally, the first 3 days are not easy. The mental thing with deprivation is tough. But by day 3, you see a little progress and that totally gave me inspiration. Also, sleep is great. I have learned I could put it back on but good habits can be formed when it comes to processed food especially bread.
It’s hard to get into, but if you have determination, you can do it! I did the program nearly by the book and ended up losing 3.5% body fat and 10.4 pounds! I found the cucumbers and amino‘s that taste like soy sauce for my favorite snack along with a half of a Granny Smith apple and a tablespoon of almond butter. And chicken bone broth was nice too!
It worked great and my cravings are gone!
1st timer. Did the 10 day cleanse detox 3 shakes daily with 3 flex foods, unlimited celery and cukes. Really wasn't too hungry or missing food. Drop 10lbs. very quickly.
Major detox stress on my kidneys though. Was in pain for the first 3-5 days. Very low energy could not work out. Towards the end though was able to start working out again and trail running. Definitely recommend. But not for the faint of heart. Have to do it all or nothing to get results.
