STANDARD 60-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
To return or exchange product for any reason, please follow the steps below:
- Obtain a return authorization number from Returns Department within 60 days of receipt of the package.
- Print the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package. (If you are sending more than 1 box, please be sure to write the RA number clearly on each box.)
- In the event of a Company error, please alert Customer Service so we can assess the situation and handle it accordingly.

You must return each item that you are wishing to get a refund for; Purium packs must be in their entirety. Even if the product has been completely used, container(s) must still be sent in order for a refund to be issued. Returns must be received at our corporate office within 60 days of the date the original package was received by the customer. Returns received past the 60 day window will be rejected unless prior approval for credit has been obtained.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning any Purium product. Purium Health Products is not responsible for lost or damaged items. If returning products by U.S. mail, please use registered, certified, or return receipt mail.
It takes approximately 2 – 3 weeks for returns to be processed. Please let us know whether you would like your refund returned to the credit card used on the original order or if you would like it to be used as a store credit. We cannot refund a credit card other than the one used on the original order. Please let us know up front whether the credit card used on the order is still valid. If your credit card is no longer valid, your refund will come to you in the form of a check from Purium Health Products. At the time that your credit card is refunded or a check is sent out, you will receive an email confirmation from the Returns Department.
PLEASE NOTE: All International shipments are subject to special fees by the government of the country the product is being shipped to and therefore once the package leaves our facility, International customers are solely responsible for the shipping charges and customs clearance, duties and taxes, and any other associated costs. Please consult your local customs authority for your local tax and duty rate on nutritional supplements. It is also the responsibility of the customer to know which ingredients/products are, or are not, allowed to be imported into the destination country. Purium is not responsible for having that information readily available. Please note that if a package is returned to Purium as a result of a dispute with customs, the customer in question will be liable for the outbound and return shipping.
*Purium reserves the right and has the responsibility to refuse any refund where there has been an abuse of our return policy. Purium reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee for products. The guarantee applies only towards products. There is no guarantee on Enrollment Packs or business tools. All refunds are handled at the discretion of Purium Health Products' management. Please note that standard refunds will not include any shipping fees incurred by the customer. Commissions paid out on returned items will be deducted from future commissions for the recipient of said commissions. In the event of a Company error or the receipt of damaged goods, please call Customer Service for more information.

TEMPORARY SHIPPING ADDENDUM AS OF 3/20: Due to the high volume that we are experiencing, orders may be slightly delayed by 2-3 days outside of our standard shipping commitment, until further notice.
TEMPORARY WILL CALL ADDENDUM AS OF 3/20: In an effort to serve all of our customers nationwide, our Will Call Pick-Up hours are from 1pm to 5 pm-- no exceptions. Please observe this rule to not only ensure your safety, but also the safety of our staff and other customers. We thank you in advance and appreciate your patience during this time. Operating under our critical infrastructure staffing plan we are NOT ABLE to allow Will Call customers access into the facility - including restrooms.
STANDARD SHIPPING & WILL CALL
All orders ship during regular business hours. When choosing your shipping method please be advised of the following:
- All regularly placed orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Smart orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
- Expedited shipments must be placed by 2PM PST M-F for same day processing.
- Saturday Next Day Air shipments are only available to certain metropolitan areas by calling customer service. Please check with FedEx to confirm service availability.
- USA PO Boxes and/or Military APO/FPO Addresses must select USPS. Customers will be charged $9.95 at time of order, if the actual costs exceed $9.95 the difference will be charged to the customer’s card.
- Customs: Purium is not responsible for any customs, conversion, or other fees associated with ordering from Purium. Transactions are always processed using US Dollars. Please check the Purium product label and ingredients with country's regulation standards. Your order could be rejected when passing through customs. Purium is not responsible for orders that are rejected by customs.
- Changes to your order after processing may cause delays within the shipping process.
Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories
Flat Rate Residential orders ship via FedEx or USPS based on Purium’s discretion. Delivery time frame is 1-7 business days from ship date and are made Tuesday thru Saturday.
Flat Rate Commercial orders ship via FedEx to commercial business zoned addresses during open hours when someone is available to accept the package. Delivery timeframe is 1-7 business days from ship date and are made Monday thru Friday.
FedEx 2 Day orders deliver in 2 business days after ship date Monday thru Friday.
Standard Overnight (Continental USA only). Delivers next business day after ship date by 3 pm Monday thru Friday
Will Call Available Monday - Friday 1:00 - 5:00 pm PT (see details below)
Flat Rate orders ship via FedEx Consolidated Ground. Purium pays all customs clearance and service fees. Orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Average shipping time is 10–12 days; longer shipping times are experienced by those in remote areas of Canada. Tracking will not show on FedEx website until after 5 days.
Canada FedEx International orders deliver within 2-5 days after ship date Monday thru Friday
International Shipping Purium Health Products operates within the United States and Canada. However, customers outside of these countries may still place orders with Purium, though there are several restrictions on those types of orders.
- Park in the parking space labeled "Will Call
- Look for the Will Call sign and arrow
- Ring the doorbell and kindly give your ID and Order Number to the Purium team member
- Verify the order is correct and sign the packing slip for confirmation
